Nichaza is a streaming platform dedicated exclusively to original fictional narrative short films. Our mission is to showcase standalone narrative works from independent filmmakers and creators.

We curate content that tells complete stories within a single viewing experience. We do not host serialized, episodic, or multi-part content.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent.

By using Nichaza, you represent that you meet these age requirements and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or enforcement actions.

Creators must possess all necessary rights to content they upload, including screenplay, footage, music, images, and trademarks.

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

All uploaded films must be original fictional narrative works that function as standalone stories.

Creators retain full ownership of their intellectual property. Nichaza does not claim ownership of creator content.

By uploading content, creators grant Nichaza a non-exclusive license to host, display, and stream the content on the platform.

Creators may remove their content from the platform at any time, subject to pending moderation or legal proceedings.

The license granted to Nichaza is worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive. It covers the display and streaming of content on the platform.

Creators may monetize their content through platform-provided tools including tips, premium content sales, and advertising revenue.

Nichaza may feature or promote creator content on the platform for discovery purposes.

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or that violates the rights of others.

Nichaza does not allow documentaries, reality content, music videos, commercials, vertical short-form content, social media clips, reuploads, episodic series, web series, serialized content, or multi-part stories.

Prohibited content also includes content that depicts sexual explicit material involving minors, content that promotes terrorism, or content that incites violence.

Attempting to circumvent platform enforcement, including creating alternate accounts, may result in permanent suspension.

Creators may receive payments through tips, premium content sales, and advertising revenue. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Nichaza may retain a platform fee from transactions. Fee structures are disclosed transparently.

All earnings are subject to applicable tax obligations. Creators are responsible for reporting their own income.

Payment disputes should be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

Nichaza may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Creators may terminate their accounts at any time. Upon termination, content may be removed subject to pending legal or moderation proceedings.

Account deletion requests are subject to a grace period before permanent deletion.

Nichaza is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

We do not warrant that all content on the platform is free from copyright infringement. Users should report infringing content through our DMCA process.

Nichaza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We are not responsible for the content uploaded by users or creators.

Users and creators may appeal moderation decisions through our appeals process. Appeals are reviewed by our moderation team.

Appeal decisions are final unless new evidence is presented.

Nichaza may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through notifications and email.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Users may be required to explicitly accept updated Terms for significant changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nichaza is incorporated.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

By creating an account, uploading content, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.
