Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for creators who upload and monetize content on Nichaza. By uploading content, you agree to this agreement.

1. Ownership Requirements

Creators must possess all necessary rights to content they upload, including screenplay, footage, music, images, and trademarks.

Creators acknowledge that they are solely responsible for clearing all rights associated with their content.

Creators indemnify Nichaza against claims arising from copyright or intellectual property infringement.

2. Licensing Terms

By uploading content, creators grant Nichaza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and stream the content on the platform.

The license is limited to the display and streaming of content on Nichaza and does not transfer ownership.

Creators may revoke this license by removing their content from the platform.

3. Content Standards

All content must be original fictional narrative short films or original animated narrative short films.

All films must function as standalone narrative works. Serialized, episodic, or multi-part content is not allowed.

Prohibited content includes: documentaries, reality content, music videos, commercials, vertical short-form content, social media clips, reuploads, episodic series, web series, serialized content, Dhar Mann-style content, Almost Friday TV-style content, multi-part stories, and continuing narratives.

Content must meet reasonable technical quality standards for audio and video.

4. Payment Terms

Creators may earn revenue through tips, premium content sales, and advertising.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Creators must maintain a valid Stripe account to receive payouts.

Nichaza may retain a platform fee from transactions. Fee structures are disclosed transparently.

Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations.

5. Revenue Systems

Tip revenue: Viewers may send voluntary tips to creators. Tip revenue is subject to platform fees and processing fees.

Premium content: Creators may sell access to specific content. Premium content revenue is shared between the creator and the platform.

Advertising revenue: Ads displayed on creator content generate revenue shared between the creator and the platform.

6. Advertising Terms

Nichaza may display advertisements on or around creator content.

Creators do not have direct control over which ads are displayed on their content.

Advertising revenue is calculated based on views and engagement metrics.

7. Premium Content Rules

Creators may designate specific films as premium content, requiring a purchase for access.

Premium content pricing is set by the creator within platform guidelines.

Purchasers receive lifetime access to the purchased content.

Creators may change premium content to free at any time, but no refunds are issued to previous purchasers.

8. Appeals

Creators may appeal content removal, account suspension, and other enforcement actions.

Appeals are reviewed by our moderation team and decisions are communicated through notifications.

Appeal decisions are final unless new evidence is presented.

9. Termination

Nichaza may terminate creator accounts for violations of this agreement, the Terms of Service, or Community Guidelines.

Creators may terminate their creator status at any time by disabling creator mode in Settings.

Upon termination, pending earnings will be paid out subject to minimum payout thresholds.

10. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must maintain the quality and accuracy of their content metadata.

Creators must respond to community feedback and reports in a timely manner.

Creators must not engage in artificial engagement, including buying views, likes, or subscribers.

Creators must possess rights to all submitted material, including screenplays, footage, music, images, and trademarks.
